* During public holidays and 18 to 24 July, 13 to 21 August and 24 Dec. to 7 Jan. 2012 will be charged weekend prices.

Prices include:

• Free access to the Thermal Spa
• Free access to the Fitness center
• Free access to the Solarium with Jacuzzi
• Helvetia kit utilization with bathrobe and towel

• On the day of arrival the room is available from 2:30 pm. The day of departure please vacate your room by 12:00. Access to the Spa and Fitness Center is included from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure.

Additional charges: 

• Late check-out: the day of departure you can access the Spa after 12:00 am paying the reduced access fee € 15 per person (50% discount). For our guests are available changing rooms with lockers, showers and hair dryers. It is also possible to hold the room until 7:00 pm with additional payment € 35 per room. 
• Restaurant: for who is in B&B it is possible to benefit of proposals from € 20 to € 30.
• Junior Suite (per room): € 30 
• Wellness Treatments: we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability of our operators.
• Private garage (100 m from hotel): € 9
      

Information and general conditions

Cancellation policy
No penalty within 10 days before the day of arrival.
Penalty of 50% of the total amount for a cancellation starting from 9 to 3 days before the arrival date.
Penalty of 100% of total amount for a cancellation starting from 2 to 0 days before the arrival date or no show.

Child policy
Chiildren up to 2 years stay for free if they share the room with parents.
From 2 to 12 years in room with parents, 50% discount.
Children under 14 years old can not access the SPA.
