Spa Policy

Booking
Booking the entrance and all the SPA services is mandatory in order to guarantee the best service.
To book treatments we invite you to contact the reception. Our Spa Manager will advise you the best choice.
We advise you to book in advance to make sure that the desired time and treatment are available. You can also book or request further information by contacting us at our email
telspa@helvetiabenessere.it or by phone +0039 053422214

Arrival at the spa
We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your appointment. Arriving late means decreasing the time of your treatment which will have to finish at the scheduled time to allow for the punctuality of the next one.

Cancellation of a treatment
Each treatment may be canceled within the previous 24 hours. Otherwise you will be charged the whole sum.

Sheets and bathrobe
We invite hotel guests to access the Spa wearing a swimsuit, bathrobe and slippers. HELVETIA THERMAL SPA provides customers with the Spa KIT that includes a bathrobe and a towel. Slippers and caps are also provided upon request by paying a small fee.
The use of the cap is mandatory both in the thermal bath and in the Kneipp path.

Children
The Health Directorate has established that access to children under the age of 14 is not allowed.
Minors under the age of 18 can only enter the SPA if accompanied by an adult.

Items of value
We invite our guests to use the lockboxes with automatic closure placed in the locker room and we advise you not to bring or wear valuables or silver items because the thermal water triggers an oxidizing chemical reaction.

State of Health
When booking, please kindly inform reception about any physical state, allergy or other matter that may affect the choice of your treatment.
We also inform you on the following contraindications: severe hypertension, cardiac disorders and arterial disease (recent heart attacks, heart disease, poorly controlled arterial hypertension), malignant neoplastic diseases and chemotherapy treatments carried out less than 6 months.
