The CiPensoIO Restaurant in Porretta Terme, in the welcoming setting of Hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa, in an intimate and informal setting, carries on a long tradition of promotion and enhancement of the cuisine of the Tuscan-Emilian territory, paying particular attention to the quality of the raw materials, strictly seasonal, the flavor of tradition with a pinch of creativity. The fresh handmade pasta, the Josper meat and the desserts made by our master pastry chef, are our strengths.
